The guidelines aim to provide information and tools to prevent harassment in all its forms, with the goal of transformation higher education institutions into more egalitarian and women-friendly enviroments for both men and women. Following a user-friendly and easy to follow format, the guidelines include definitions of the different forms of harassment; examples of behaviours that could be qualified as harassment; advice for victims, faculty and decision makers and a list of resources.
