These toolkit aims at providing the basic information to organize and implement mentoring programmes targeting women in STEAM fields. The publication is divided in two main parts: first, provides a conceptual framekorw explaining the need and impact of these sort of initiatives: secondly, it includes recommendations, tools and examplet undertaken in technological institutions. In a reader-friendly style, these guidelines aim at being practical and encouraging institutions and individuals to launch their own gender equality initiatives.
